Öåëè è ïðèíöèïû ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè â Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè óñòàíîâëåíû Ôåäåðàëüíûì çàêîíîì îò 27 äåêàáðÿ 2002 ã. N 184-ÔÇ "Î òåõíè÷åñêîì ðåãóëèðîâàíèè", à ïðàâèëà ïðèìåíåíèÿ íàöèîíàëüíûõ ñòàíäàðòîâ Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè - ÃÎÑÒ Ð 1.0-2004 "Ñòàíäàðòèçàöèÿ â Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè. Îñíîâíûå ïîëîæåíèÿ".

 

Ñâåäåíèÿ î ñòàíäàðòå

 

1. Ïîäãîòîâëåí ÔÃÓÏ "Âñåðîññèéñêèé íàó÷íî-èññëåäîâàòåëüñêèé èíñòèòóò ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè è ñåðòèôèêàöèè â ìàøèíîñòðîåíèè" (ÂÍÈÈÍÌÀØ) íà îñíîâå ïåðåâîäà ìåæäóíàðîäíîãî ñòàíäàðòà, íàõîäÿùåãîñÿ â Ôåäåðàëüíîì èíôîðìàöèîííîì ôîíäå òåõíè÷åñêèõ ðåãëàìåíòîâ è ñòàíäàðòîâ, óêàçàííîãî â ïóíêòå 4.

2. Âíåñåí Òåõíè÷åñêèì êîìèòåòîì ïî ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè ÒÊ 337 "Ýëåêòðîóñòàíîâêè æèëûõ è îáùåñòâåííûõ çäàíèé".

3. Óòâåðæäåí è ââåäåí â äåéñòâèå Ïðèêàçîì Ôåäåðàëüíîãî àãåíòñòâà ïî òåõíè÷åñêîìó ðåãóëèðîâàíèþ è ìåòðîëîãèè îò 27 íîÿáðÿ 2009 ã. N 522-ñò.

4. Íàñòîÿùèé ñòàíäàðò èäåíòè÷åí ìåæäóíàðîäíîìó ñòàíäàðòó ÌÝÊ 60050-826-2004, âòîðîå èçäàíèå "Ìåæäóíàðîäíûé ýëåêòðîòåõíè÷åñêèé ñëîâàðü. ×àñòü 826: Ýëåêòðè÷åñêèå óñòàíîâêè" (IEC 60050-826, Second edition, 2004-08: "International Electrotechnical Vocabulary - Part 826: Electrical Installations", IDT).

Íàèìåíîâàíèå íàñòîÿùåãî ñòàíäàðòà èçìåíåíî îòíîñèòåëüíî íàèìåíîâàíèÿ óêàçàííîãî ìåæäóíàðîäíîãî ñòàíäàðòà äëÿ ïðèâåäåíèÿ â ñîîòâåòñòâèå ñ ÃÎÑÒ Ð 1.5-2004 (ïóíêò 3.5).

Ïðè ïðèìåíåíèè íàñòîÿùåãî ñòàíäàðòà ðåêîìåíäóåòñÿ èñïîëüçîâàòü âìåñòî ññûëî÷íûõ ìåæäóíàðîäíûõ ñòàíäàðòîâ ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèå èì íàöèîíàëüíûå ñòàíäàðòû Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè, ñâåäåíèÿ î êîòîðûõ ïðèâåäåíû â äîïîëíèòåëüíîì Ïðèëîæåíèè ÄÀ.

5. Ââåäåí âïåðâûå.

 

Èíôîðìàöèÿ îá èçìåíåíèÿõ ê íàñòîÿùåìó ñòàíäàðòó ïóáëèêóåòñÿ â åæåãîäíî èçäàâàåìîì èíôîðìàöèîííîì óêàçàòåëå "Íàöèîíàëüíûå ñòàíäàðòû", à òåêñò èçìåíåíèé è ïîïðàâîê - â åæåìåñÿ÷íî èçäàâàåìûõ èíôîðìàöèîííûõ óêàçàòåëÿõ "Íàöèîíàëüíûå ñòàíäàðòû".  ñëó÷àå ïåðåñìîòðà (çàìåíû) èëè îòìåíû íàñòîÿùåãî ñòàíäàðòà ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåå óâåäîìëåíèå áóäåò îïóáëèêîâàíî â åæåìåñÿ÷íî èçäàâàåìîì èíôîðìàöèîííîì óêàçàòåëå "Íàöèîíàëüíûå ñòàíäàðòû". Ñîîòâåòñòâóþùàÿ èíôîðìàöèÿ, óâåäîìëåíèå è òåêñòû ðàçìåùàþòñÿ òàêæå â èíôîðìàöèîííîé ñèñòåìå îáùåãî ïîëüçîâàíèÿ - íà îôèöèàëüíîì ñàéòå Ôåäåðàëüíîãî àãåíòñòâà ïî òåõíè÷åñêîìó ðåãóëèðîâàíèþ è ìåòðîëîãèè â ñåòè Èíòåðíåò.

 

1. Îáëàñòü ïðèìåíåíèÿ

 

Äàííàÿ ÷àñòü Ìåæäóíàðîäíîãî Ýëåêòðîòåõíè÷åñêîãî Ñëîâàðÿ ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ íà ýëåêòðè÷åñêèå óñòàíîâêè æèëûõ, îáùåñòâåííûõ è ïðîìûøëåííûõ çäàíèé è ñîîðóæåíèé è íå ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ íà ñèñòåìû ðàñïðåäåëåíèÿ ýëåêòðîýíåðãèè äëÿ êîììóíàëüíûõ ýëåêòðè÷åñêèõ ñåòåé, íà óñòàíîâêè ïðîèçâîäñòâà ýëåêòðîýíåðãèè è ñèñòåìû ïåðåäà÷è ýíåðãèè òàêèõ óñòàíîâîê.

 

2. Íîðìàòèâíûå ññûëêè

 

Äîêóìåíòû, óêàçàííûå íèæå, ÿâëÿþòñÿ íåîòúåìëåìîé ÷àñòüþ äàííîãî ñòàíäàðòà ïðè åãî ïðèìåíåíèè.  ñëó÷àå äàòèðîâàííûõ äîêóìåíòîâ ñëåäóåò ïðèìåíÿòü òîëüêî óêàçàííîå èçäàíèå.  ñëó÷àå íåäàòèðîâàííûõ äîêóìåíòîâ ñëåäóåò ïîëüçîâàòüñÿ ïîñëåäíèì èçäàíèåì, âêëþ÷àÿ âñå ïîïðàâêè ê íåìó.
